Over the past 15 years he has also held Non-Executive Chair roles, working closely with leadership teams to bring clarity and structure as businesses scale.

As Fractional FD to a construction business, supported growth from £5m to £35m turnover in five years, strengthening financial control, managing risk, improving bank relationships and implementing robust job costing to support profitable growth.

Alongside his FD roles, Robin has built a strong reputation in business performance improvement, delivering workshops and seminars to more than 1,000 business leaders on strengthening performance, systems and control.
