It's approaching a year since I joined FD4, so it's an appropriate time to reflect on my experience and the benefits of being part of the organisation.

The monthly meeting of FDs is valuable, a sharing of current opportunities and challenges, with a social side too. Despite a mix of ages and sector backgrounds, there's plenty of commonality to discuss, and we're supported by aligned sales consultants and marketers to help fill skill gaps. FD4 also invites companies offering relevant services to present to members by way of introduction.

The FD4 relationship has brought me, via direct introduction, to a Fractional FD position within an Athleisure E-commerce firm.
