Andrew qualified with PWC in 1999. He is a highly skilled and commercially astute leader and has held positions as CFO in the financial services, media and technology sectors.
After starting his career in banking, Andrew co-founded and grew a specialist financing business in South Africa focused on the media and property sectors.
Since moving to the UK in 2006, he has led a successful turnaround and two exits for SME financial services businesses, showing strong restructuring and cash management skills.
Andrew is very experienced in financial modelling and forecasting, and in presenting clearly and straightforwardly to investors and institutional lenders. He has worked with boards to scale businesses organically and through acquisitions and to prepare them for IPO or exit.
Andrew’s experience covers UK, US, and Emerging Markets.
Andrew also holds an MBA from INSEAD and a masters degree in tax law.
