Richard Walsh is a commercially focused business leader with over 25 years’ experience in finance, operations, and general management across SMEs and mid-market businesses. As a qualified accountant, he has held board-level roles as Finance Director, Managing Director, General Manager, and Commercial Director, bringing a uniquely broad skill set to every engagement.

Richard’s background spans technology, logistics, manufacturing, and media. He specialises in cash flow optimisation, turnaround management, strategic planning, fundraising, and M&A. As a hands-on leader, he has successfully steered pre-pack acquisitions, trade sales, distressed turnarounds, and high-growth scale-ups.

Career highlights include steering a pre-pack acquisition for Swift Go Ltd, supporting Salunda Ltd in gaining recognition within Deloitte’s Top 50 Fastest Growing Tech Companies, and supporting the turnaround and successful sale of Encase Group. He also has international experience across the UK, US, and Europe, particularly in cross-border finance, supplier negotiations, and investor relations.
