Kerry is both CIMA and MBA qualified, with extensive experience across finance, operations, and commercial leadership.
In South Africa, Kerry gained deep experience in listed and private equity-backed multinational companies such as Siemens, Whirlpool, Staedtler, and Servest. She has led finance functions in both established businesses and high-growth SMEs, combining corporate best practice with the hands-on leadership needed in smaller, fast-paced organisations.
Kerry is an experienced all-rounder who has led not only finance teams but also overseen IT, HR, procurement, and logistics. She works closely with CEOs and leadership teams as a trusted advisor, helping them build finance functions that do more than report the numbers - they support better, faster decision-making.
After returning to the UK, Kerry worked for a family-owned group with businesses in print and SaaS, further strengthening her experience in privately owned and entrepreneurial environments.
