Ian is a Chartered Accountant qualified in both the UK and California. He started his career in media at BBC TV before moving Marvel Entertainment where he handled their intellectual property licensing arm, as part of a small London based team.
Ian then moved into ad-tech with hyper-growth VC backed start-up Outbrain which was scaling up to their IPO. He then helped the Squint/Opera group get ready for exit.
Ian now enjoys guiding creative, media and tech SME companies to prepare for periods of change such as an exit, an acquisition, a first audit or an IPO.
